Based on the family tree of the family, it is known that the historical mansion was built by İdris Özaltın, roughly in 1850. When İdris Özaltın died at an early age, his son Abdullah Özaltın lived in. İt his son’s İdris and Munise (Akça) were born in this house. When Abdullah Özaltın passed away in 1936, the mansion was divided into two. In one part, his son and his wife and his children, and in another part, his daughter and her husband and her children lived.
The historical house was obtained by the Municipality of Nilüfer and the restoration of the house planned as a guest house was completed in 2013. The renovation of the house, which was empty for six years, was completed and it started to serve as “Misgibi Guesthouse” as of May 2018.
